    • The present paper deals,in detail, with the types and characteristics of the sedimentary systems in the Chang-9 oil measures of the Triassic Yanchang Formation in the Jiyuan region,Ordos Basin on the basis of cores and well logs. The Chang-9 oil measures in the Triassic Yanchang Formation is assigned to the braided delta plain deposits, including the distributary channel, crevasse splay and natural levee microfacies. The sedimentary model is proposed for the braided delta deposits in this paper.
