  • Due to the contents of dispersed elements are very low in the Earth’s crust, they are difficult to form independent minerals and ore deposits. Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the dispersed elements associated in ore deposits. The present paper focuses on the dispersed elements Cd,Ge and Ga in the ores and minerals from the Daliangzi lead-zinc deposit,Huidong,Sichuan on the basis of microscope, electron microprobe and ICP-MS examination.Three colours are observed in the sphalerite from the ore deposits: black, brown and beige. The Cd contents increase with the lightening of the colours, while things are opposite for Ga.The dispersed elements Cd,Ge and Ga tend to occur in the form of isomorphs. The Daliangzi lead-zinc deposit is characterized by the enrichment of Cd in sphalerite and Ge and Ga in galena.
