  • The metallogenic model for the silver-lead-zinc deposits in the Lengshuikeng ore field, Jiangxi is constructed on the basis of geology, ore-controlling factors and mineralization systems of the Lengshuikeng ore field. The ore deposits in the ore field may be classified into two types:porphyry-type and stacked stratabound-type ore deposits. The metallogenic prognosis is also made in the light of the metallogenic model presented in this study, and three exploration prospects are delineated, including the Xiaoyuan, Madi-Yanshan and Minkeng-Lingxi leadzinc mining districts favourable for further exploration.
